Aims and Scope

Cancer Imaging is a highly respected niche journal with an Impact Factor of 1.857 and wide coverage by indexing services. This year 48,000 readers will visit the Cancer Imaging site, and over 72,000 will read the journal on PubMedCentral. Cancer Imaging welcomes original articles, review articles, and editorials - please read our full Guidelines for Authors before using our speedy online submission.

Do you have an article, review or case report on cancer imaging? You can submit it here for speedy online peer-review. If published your article will be read by over 3500 radiologists every month. Please read our full Guidelines for Authors before submission.

Open access policy

All Cancer Imaging articles are open access when two years old, and editorials are immediately open access. Authors may also purchase immediate open access in order to ensure the widest possible readership or to comply with the requirements of grant-giving bodies. Every month 4000 readers visit the Cancer Imaging site, and over 19,000 read the journal on PubMedCentral. Immediate open access costs only GBP £350 – the lowest fee for any journal in the field.

Cancer Imaging is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics

This journal endorses the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) Code of Conduct and Guidelines and will pursue cases of suspected research and publication misconduct.
